We are seeking a skilled Trainee Paraplanner to support our Financial Advisors and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service. This role offers a supportive environment to develop your skills and progress to a qualified paraplanner position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the paraplanning team with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.

• Collaborate with financial advisers, paraplanners, and other team members to provide seamless support and deliver outstanding client service.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the paraplanning department.

• Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information in accordance with data protection policies.

• Conduct research, analyse data to support the financial advisers and paraplanners in ongoing advice.

• Document ongoing advice and prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, based on the information provided by paraplanners and financial advisers.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year's experience in an administrative role with Financial Services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritise.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

• Excellent numeracy skills are also essential.

• Demonstrated commitment to upholding high ethical standards and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Opportunity for further study and pathway to Paraplanner role.

This is an office-based position, working 5 days a week.
