Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Alfreton branch team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our current customer base and growing it through effective sales and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of sales and operations staff to achieve sales targets and improve branch operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record in the drainage or wider merchanting industry. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to use your initiative and work independently.
