Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Branch Director to lead our Alfreton branch team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, working closely with our internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team of sales and operations staff to achieve sales targets and improve branch performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers
- Ensure effective branch operations, including health and safety, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Branch Director with a proven track record in the drainage or wider merchanting industry. You will have:
Experience in leading a small team, with a strong focus on sales and customer serviceKnowledge of branch operations, including health and safetyA customer-centric approach, with a focus on building strong relationships with customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersA strong network of contacts in the Alfreton area, with a good understanding of the local marketWhat We Offer
