Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Alfreton branch team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, working closely with our internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of sales and service professionals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage branch operations, including health and safety
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record in the drainage or merchanting industry. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to use your initiative and drive sales growth.
