Care Home Administrator
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Kelvinside Manor, a luxurious care home in Glasgow. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our home, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the home, including filing, photocopying, and dealing with telephone enquiries
* Maintain financial compliance at home level, including payroll and staffing procedures
* Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook to manage administrative tasks
* Previous experience of book-keeping and administration is essential
* Develop a professional telephone manner and provide excellent customer service
