Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our conveyancing function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client On-boarding: Assist with client on-boarding procedures, including ID and anti-money laundering checks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Diary Management: Manage the diary of the conveyancing team, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Correspondence: Produce correspondence from dictation by fee earners, ensuring that all documents are accurate and completed to a high standard.
  • Reporting: Order reports and register documents as required by the conveyancing team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
