**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Reception Manager at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring that it is always clean and well-maintained.
- Supervise and support the reception team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
