Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing referrals, undertaking mental state examinations, and overseeing patient treatment plans.
You will also be responsible for participating in ward rounds, clinical audits, and supervising reports for mental health tribunals and manager's hearings. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in research initiatives and contribute to the development of our high-quality services.
Key Requirements- Full GMC registration and MBBS (or equivalent) qualification
- Registered on the specialist register (CCT/CESR), Section 12 and AC Status
- Experience in adult psychiatry and mental health diagnosis
- Salary up to £124,000 per year (based on working 32 hours per week)
