Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project(s) and ensuring successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of key third party subcontractors and suppliers to ensure key deliverables are met.
  2. Implementation and ongoing development of DES safety policies including guidance and regulations.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A strong track record of managing large-scale projects in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Estimated salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.

Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience
  • Over 10 years in senior project management roles on engineering design and construction projects.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of projects and working with a team of project managers in a commercial environment.
