Job Summary

LSL Property Services Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Home Move Administrator. This exciting opportunity is based at our Cheadle Conveyancing Centre, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Reeds Rains and Your Move customers, responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team in progressing the early milestones of the Conveyancing process, utilizing various online systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, external partners, and internal branches to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Participate in receptionist duties, demonstrating a confident telephony manner and providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • High attention to detail and strong IT skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and flexible, with a strong commitment to adhering to processes and service standards.
