We are seeking an experienced Business/Office Manager to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team with general internal running and operations, including project coordination and day-to-day office duties.
- Coordinate employee relations and outsourced partner relationships, scheduling regular reviews and meetings.
- Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents, as well as people-related initiatives associated with business objectives.
- Take leadership of individual projects and initiatives, and support the leadership team with ad hoc diary management and admin tasks.
- Ensure office consumables are well stocked and maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of project coordination, diary management, recruitment support, and people plan development and engagement.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A competitive salary in line with experience, ranging from £35-£40k.
- 33 days holiday, including Bank Holidays.
- Investment in learning and development opportunities.
- Bonus paid twice yearly, in line with performance.
