Key Responsibilities

  • Strive to increase sales and secure profitable new market share and gross margin growth.
  • Lead negotiations with potential customers and build relationships to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Process sales enquiries/orders and see all administration through to completion.
  • Manage colleagues' sales ledgers during holidays and provide sales ledger cover where needed.

About You

You will have the passion, drive, and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative and creative way. You will have previous business development/sales experience within a demanding sales environment, ideally steel related or within a construction background, and a proven record of building up B2B accounts and delivering results.
