About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for undertaking Company Commercial work, including buying and selling businesses, and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake Company Commercial work, including buying and selling businesses, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Participate in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Company Commercial law, including the Companies Act 2006 and contract law.
  • Manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Company Commercial law.
  • Proven track record of success in buying and selling businesses, with a strong understanding of sale and purchase agreements.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and contract law.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems and software.
