Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for undertaking company commercial work, including buying and selling businesses.

• Undertake company commercial work, including buying and selling businesses.
• Participate in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company commercial law, including the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and other technically demanding documents.
• Provide excellent client service and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's business and growth strategy.

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in company commercial law.
• Strong understanding of company commercial law, including the Companies Act 2006 and contract law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
