About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our company, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Law Expertise: Provide expert advice on all aspects of company commercial law, including buying and selling businesses, to our clients.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review complex legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements, to ensure they meet our clients' needs.
  • Contract Law: Demonstrate a strong understanding of contract law and its application in commercial transactions.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, both in writing and verbally, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial law, with a proven track record of providing expert advice to clients.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial law and its application in business transactions.
  • Organisational Skills: Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively.
  • IT Proficiency: Be proficient in the use of IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
