Year 3 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join our dynamic team at a two-form entry school in North London. As a passionate educator, you will have the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction to Year 3 students.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school guidelines
  • Delivering effective instruction to promote active participation and academic growth among Year 3 students
  • Catering to different learning styles through various teaching strategies and resources
  • Providing constructive feedback and support to enhance student learning experiences
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in teaching Year 3 students, including knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young students
