About the School:

Role Overview:
As an EYFS Teacher at Teach Now, you will work closely with the teaching team to develop engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and encourage active learning. You will guide young learners through early milestones with patience and creativity, providing personalized attention when needed. By working collaboratively with a teaching assistant, you will ensure consistent support and guidance throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide personalized attention and support to young learners as needed.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistent support and guidance throughout the day.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong understanding of child development and early years frameworks.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Enthusiastic, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching.
