Job Responsibilities


This role includes:



  • Providing a warm welcome to residents and their guests
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized
  • Answering phone calls and responding to resident inquiries
  • Performing administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing
  • Showing prospective residents around the care home and its facilities

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you'll need to be professional, caring, courteous, and well-organized. A good telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential.


Compensation and Benefits
