Care Home Administrative Assistant
Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we're currently seeking a skilled and caring Care Home Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Providing a warm welcome to residents and their guests
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized
- Answering phone calls and responding to resident inquiries
- Performing administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing
- Showing prospective residents around the care home and its facilities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be professional, caring, courteous, and well-organized. A good telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
