Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to the ward team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and clinical staff, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate patient records and databases.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Good level of general education.
- Previous experience of working in a customer services environment.
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ2 in Administration or willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2.
- Time Management Skills or experience of working with a busy/demanding environment.
- Experience of working with the general public.
- Experience of scheduling/co-ordinating activities and/or resources.
