About Fairlie Healthcare Group

Fairlie Healthcare Group is a leading provider of high-quality care, specialising in caring for adults with neurological conditions, as well as patients with tracheostomies and ventilator support.

With a fast-track Care Assistant programme, we provide all specialised training to our staff. The programme starts with essential care skills, followed by learning how to care for patients with tracheostomies and eventually ventilated patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the personal care needs of Residents are met, executing assigned duties in a professional and caring manner.
  • Complete documentation in a timely fashion, including personal care charts for Residents.
  • Escalate concerns regarding a Resident's health and wellbeing to the nurse in charge at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • Complete other assigned tasks not directly related to care, as instructed by the nurse in charge of the shift.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £25 per hour within the first 12 to 18 months, with potential for increase after completing training.

Person Specification

  • An NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is advantageous but not essential.
