About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in our sales team, driving growth and success for our business. You'll work closely with our Sales Executives to research, identify, and engage new prospects, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to better understand their needs and our product fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new prospects that match our buyer profiles
  • Develop cleverly curated messages to engage with prospects and cut through the noise
  • Nurture interest and qualify leads to ensure a good fit for our product
  • Work with our marketing team to strike the right balance between automation and personalization
  • Book well-qualified discovery calls for our Sales Executives to deliver
Requirements

We're looking for great characters with the right attitude and aptitude. Here are a few of the things we look for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales or lead generation, ideally within SaaS
  • A consistent record of hitting new business KPIs
  • Understanding of and success in deploying a variety of outbound sales tactics across multiple channels to effectively engage with relevant prospects
  • Strong team player who will work closely with colleagues
  • Confident and tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations
  • Curious - always asking the right questions of prospects, colleagues, and yourself
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, confident, and comfortable talking to stakeholders of all levels
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, accessibility, diversity, inclusion, and the digital world
