Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health care to older adults, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with acute hospital colleagues to ensure effective communication and referral pathways.
  • Contribute to service innovation and development, driving excellence in mental health care for older adults.

Annual salary: £37,338 - £44,962 (pro rata for part-time)
