About Us

We are an entrepreneurial Community Interest Company focused on achieving social and economic impacts through arts, culture, and creativity. Established in 2012, we have successfully grown over the decade through various publicly funded programs supporting inclusive access to the arts and creative industries.

Our Mission

We aim to create a more inclusive creative economy across the UK by supporting artists' careers, increasing music participation, and addressing equality, diversity, and inclusion issues in the arts. Our objective is to ensure diverse communities have affordable access to the arts, diversify our income streams, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

The Role

The new Chair will contribute fresh perspectives, strong leadership, and economically viable ideas to our thinking. We seek a candidate with a collegiate approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer

A part-time commitment that can be managed flexibly through in-person and online meetings. In-person meetings typically take place at Somerset House in central London, with step-free access available. Travel expenses for attendance at in-person meetings may be claimed according to our Expenses Policy.
