Job Summary

As a key member of The Kraft Heinz Company's Senior Leadership Team, the EHS Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation of the site. This position requires a strong leader who can establish and promote core safety values and principles across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, corporate standards, and policies.
  • Build and maintain robust annual EHS business plans to improve the implementation of EHS Technical Pathways in the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).
  • Continuously improve risk management performance and nurture a proactive safety culture.
  • Own relationships with regulatory enforcing authorities and insurance companies in all matters relating to EHS.
  • Develop and maintain communication and information systems to facilitate the reporting of all EHS metrics and relevant scorecards.
  • Facilitate improvement plans for site sustainability and utility reduction.
  • Drive compliance to Kraft Heinz Corporate standards for facility security.
  • Handle employer's liability claims to reduce exposure to loss.
  • Support site steering and improvement plan meetings.
  • Benchmark the site's performance against other sites and industry, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best-in-class methodologies.
