Job Overview:

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated Sustainability and Safety Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mission Management: Set up and monitor an ongoing and dynamic approach to EHS, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • H&S Issue Resolution: Manage H&S issues and improvement plans, deploy H&S standards across the organization, and ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
  • Environmental Site Management: Oversee environmental issues related to industrial and logistics sites, including waste management and site maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • EHS Background: Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards EHS excellence.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex H&S and environmental challenges.
