About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as an Area Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for selling off-grid domestic gas heating systems to small businesses and homeowners in rural areas.

Your Key Tasks

  1. Develop strong relationships with local heating engineers and housing developers to increase sales
  2. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  3. Conduct site surveys to understand customer needs and preferences
  4. Produce high-quality proposals and assist customers with system design and specification
  5. Negotiate contracts and convert enquiries into sales
  6. Monitor and report sales performance to ensure targets are met

What You'll Need

  • Proven field sales experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the heating industry
  • Valid driving licence
