Job Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at Samworth Brothers Limited, you will play a key role in managing and delivering engineering projects that contribute to the ongoing success of our operations. You will assist the Engineering Manager in scoping both capital and non-capital projects, ensuring they run smoothly from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineering Manager in scoping capital and non-capital projects, providing valuable input and support.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring projects are executed effectively from scoping to final delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, including managing contractors and ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised project data and documentation to facilitate post-project reviews and learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring effective project tracking and delivery.
- Awareness of health and safety standards in an FMCG environment, with a focus on ensuring compliance throughout project execution.
