Electronics Design and Development Lead

This senior electronics engineer role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the design and development of electronic systems and components.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, as well as at least 10 years of experience in electronics design and development. They will be proficient in electronics design software and tools, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and test electronic systems and components.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  3. Create and review technical documentation, including schematics and PCB layouts.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  5. Conduct research and remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
