The Electronics Group is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality LED luminaires and components, ensuring that all products meet our company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of production staff in the assembly and manufacture of LED luminaires and components.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on production output, quality control, and other relevant metrics.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • To work closely with the Engineering Department to resolve technical issues and improve product design.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering and PCB assembly.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
