About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Unilever Brazil. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for leading assigned supply planning activities, delivering a high level of customer service while balancing inventory and optimizing costs across the end-to-end supply chain network.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be able to interpret large amounts of data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain plans. You will be responsible for managing material flows into the factory, minimizing obsolescence and write-offs, and ensuring accurate dispatch of packed stock and bulk product to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch Planning: Timely and accurate despatch of packed stock and bulk product to UK and various worldwide customers.
- Innovation Planning: Responsible for planning the flow of new products and materials into the sourcing units, and the phasing out of de-listed products and materials.
- Material Planning: Responsible for calling-off raw and packaging materials in line with production plans and managing material flows into the factory while managing stock levels.
- Customer Service and Inventory Management: Reporting and forecasting of supply chain data and project/WCM support.
Deliverables
- Customer Service in line with Dispatch Rate target.
- Finished Good stock levels in line with service and inventory targets.
- Raw and packaging material stock levels in line with service and inventory targets.
- Output Reliability targets.
- Volume Conformance at >95%.
- Plans aligned to operational run strategy and DBNR.
- Improve costs in line with targets, delivering both savings and improved resilience.
- OTIF delivery of HC Innovations to the factories.
