About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and driven Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Lounges. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
