Front of House Supervisor - Bury St Edmunds

As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team in maintaining this excellence, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This is achieved through your exceptional supervision skills.


The Ideal Candidate

  • You are likely an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptional front of house team member ready to take on a management role with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • You will have experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks, and preparation.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • A self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
