Physiotherapist - Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at St Barnabas Hospice, providing palliative care to patients with life-limiting or terminal illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist palliative care to patients in a variety of settings, including the hospice and community.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services.
Requirements:
- Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience in palliative care, preferably in a hospice setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
