About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at St Barnabas Hospice in Lincolnshire. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialist palliative care to patients and their families, working within the wellbeing hub and community setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist palliative care to patients and their families, working within the wellbeing hub and community setting.
  • Lead groups and individually see patients in a friendly clinic based at Novak House in Boston.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement Physiotherapy interventions in line with evidence-based practice.
  • Contribute to the development and learning of the Physiotherapy team.

Requirements

  • Degree (BSc/MSc) in Physiotherapy.
  • Recent post-registration experience in a relevant area, such as Acute Medicine, Respiratory, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Palliative Care or Community Therapies.
  • Current registration with the Health Care Professional Council.
  • Business car insurance and access to a car or own transport, with full UK driving licence.
