We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Therapist to join our Neonatal therapy team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work with premature infants and their families to support their feeding journey within level 3 and level 2 Neonatal Units.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in working with infants and children with feeding and swallowing disorders in an acute or community setting. They will be responsible for performing complex assessments, developing individualized management/treatment programs, and treating their own caseload of specialized and complex patients/clients.

The successful candidate will be well-supported by the Clinical Lead Specialist Neonatal Speech and Language Therapist and will have opportunities for clinical supervision, continuing professional development, and contributing to audit and improvement projects.

As a Band 7 Specialist Speech Therapist, the post holder will be responsible for making therapeutic and/or clinical diagnoses and treating their own caseload of specialized and complex patients/clients. They will also be responsible for maintaining associated records and contributing to the development of the Neonatal multidisciplinary team.
