About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and person-centered Mental Health Care Assistants to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will work in a secure unit environment, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being of individuals and staff.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Compassionate and person-centered approach.
  • Caring nature with excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
  • Flexible and reliable.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care.
  • PMVA training or willingness to complete it.
