About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and person-centered Mental Health Care Assistants to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a key member of our specialist mental health recruitment team, you will work with the NHS, private, and third sector organizations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Support individuals with their mental health recovery plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and reliably.
  • PMVA training or willingness to obtain it.
