Senior Test Analyst

Capita Technology and Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of test documents, creating test procedures, and ensuring the successful completion of testing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test cases, scripts, and data under own direction
  • Prioritize testing and document traceability to test basis
  • Record and report test outcomes
  • Participate in requirement, design, and specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans and test scripts
  • Apply agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing
  • Automate testing tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure
  • Analyze and report on test activities, results, and issues
  • Escalate issues and blockers to Team Lead/Test Manager along with the impact and options to mitigate
  • Collaborate in reviews of work with others
  • Complete work with no supervision and solve problems/tasks independently
Requirements:
  • API Testing; Application Testing; C#.NET; Java; REST API Testing; Testing Methodology; TestNG
  • Experience of designing test cases, scripts, and data under own direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all organisational levels, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to work with own initiative with little supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
