Senior Test Analyst

Are you a seasoned test professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Venn Group.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Analyst to lead the end-to-end testing of our client's change landscape. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and create test plans and scripts in testing and validation.
  • Provide hands-on support for User Acceptance Testing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all testing and validation activities, working closely with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure thorough testing coverage for all feature sets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance/reinsurance sector.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end testing, including test scenario design, data validation, and test script execution.
  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft Azure, and testing automation tools.
  • Proven ability to manage testing tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.
