Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in Sussex. The successful candidate will provide technical support to Advisers, ensuring the effective management of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Knowledge and Support
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products, procedures, and laws.
    • Collaborate with Advisers to ensure accurate and timely completion of client reports, including suitability reports, annual review reports, and portfolio reports.
  • Client Communication and Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling correspondence, meetings, and other client-related matters.
    • Support Advisers in identifying client needs and providing data for client identification, including lifestyle planning and risk analysis.
  • Administrative and Organizational Tasks
    • Process new applications, follow up on transactions, and resolve issues related to investments and policies.
    • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of client fees and commission in Intelligent Office.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks and Projects
    • Perform ad-hoc paraplanning tasks as required by Advisers.
    • Collaborate with Compliance Teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
