Job Title: Store Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at River Island, Retail. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the store's operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store's management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably with River Island, Retail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
