- CIPD Qualification: CIPD Qualified (Level 7: Advanced) or Chartered Member of the CIPD, or an equivalent level HR qualification.
- Extensive Knowledge and Experience: Possess extensive knowledge and experience in people management legislation and best practices.
- Senior Leadership Experience: Held senior people management roles in complex environments, with a proven track record of developing effective relationships at all levels.
