  • Design and Deliver HR Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide Expertise and Guidance: Offer high-level professional expertise and guidance on complex HR matters, serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
  • Lead Change Projects: Lead and support change projects, engaging with trade unions and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, improve employee experience, and enhance organizational performance.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualification: CIPD Qualified (Level 7: Advanced) or Chartered Member of the CIPD, or an equivalent level HR qualification.
  • Extensive Knowledge and Experience: Possess extensive knowledge and experience in people management legislation and best practices.
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Held senior people management roles in complex environments, with a proven track record of developing effective relationships at all levels.
