Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Document Management Coordinator to join our engineering team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical drawings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Value teams to ensure efficient document control processes, maintain documents, and prepare progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Value teams to manage engineering BOMs using MRP systems.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain documents.
  • Support design/engineering teams with documentation management.

Requirements:

  • GCSE English & Maths grade 5/C or equivalent.

Skillset:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of document control in regulated environments.
