Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Controller to join our engineering team at CV Library. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Change Requests, and technical drawings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support design/engineering teams with documentation management.
  2. Manage engineering BOMs using MRP systems, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Value teams.
  3. Ensure efficient document control processes, maintain documents, and prepare progress reports.
  4. Assist in tendering tasks and submissions.
  5. Handle general administration duties and purchase orders.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. GCSE English & Maths grade 5/C or equivalent.

Key Qualifications and Benefits:

  • $60,000 salary, negotiable based on experience.
  • Bonus based on performance.
