Job Description: Emergency Pet Care Administrator
Salary: £12.00 per hour plus benefits
About Vets NowVets Now provides emergency pet care services across the UK, partnering with 1700+ veterinary practices to offer reliable support when pets need it most.
Our network consists of 60+ out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals, prioritizing compassionate care for pets in need.
Key Responsibilities:- As an administrator, you will handle initial client interactions, manage financial transactions, and provide essential information to the veterinary team.
- You will maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their pets' status.
- Administrative tasks involve:
- Managing patient data and medical records
- Coordinating payment processes and invoicing
This role requires flexibility with varying shifts each week.
The typical working schedule includes:
Week 1: Monday (08:00-18:00) and Saturday (08:00-16:00)
Week 2: Monday (08:00-12:00) and Friday (08:00-18:00)
Week 3: Monday (08:00-12:00), Thursday (16:00-00:00) and Sunday (08:00-16:00)
