About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and assistance to our academic staff. Your duties will include maintaining equipment, preparing laboratory materials, and assisting in teaching activities. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our laboratories, allowing our academics to concentrate on delivering high-quality teaching and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain equipment and prepare laboratory materials
• Assist in teaching activities, including preparing materials and setting up demonstrations
• Develop and implement technical procedures and protocols as required
• Provide expert technical support and assistance to academic staff

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Four GCSEs or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, and Biology/Chemistry
• Evidence of practical experience in a laboratory/kitchen or controlled environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £24,050 - £24,600 per annum, based on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including employee discounts, car parking, and opportunities for professional development.
