Job Title: E-Commerce Trading Assistant 12 Months Mat Cover

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jimmy Choo as an E-Commerce Trading Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the E-Commerce team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products are impeccably merchandised across our website, using insights and analysis to maximize product exposure and commercial opportunities. You will support the Trading Managers with weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting to gain in-depth insight into trading performance and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all pages across the site are beautifully and strategically merchandised.
• Use analysis of customer behavior, product performance reports, and sell-through to drive decision-making.
• Manage and maintain trends and edit categories to support marketing campaigns and reflect seasonal trends.
• Create product selections for emails, using knowledge of stock and depth to ensure lists are commercial.
• Assist in the seasonal collections launches, classifying and categorizing new products.
• Maintain product recommendations for coordinating products.
• Test and improve on-site search results and manage the search dictionary on a weekly basis.
• Conduct daily audits of the site to ensure all products are online and that classification and data is accurate.
• Monitor intake for the DCs and update the new arrivals sections accordingly.
• Conduct and present regular competitor reviews.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting to support trading decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Visual merchandising/styling experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
