About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Care Professionals for temporary and permanent positions as Support Workers and Care Assistants. These roles will involve working in a variety of settings, providing person-centered care to our service users.

Estimated Salary Range: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy towards our service users. They will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and contributing to a positive and respectful environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
