We're currently recruiting temporary Support Workers and Care Assistants to join our team in the Horncastle area. These roles offer a great opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare sector, while developing valuable skills and knowledge.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our service users, including assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. They will also be expected to work flexible shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £18,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible shift patterns, and a comprehensive benefits package.
