Job Description

As an Apprentice Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and support, promoting independence and confidence among our service users.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • English and Maths GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent level 2 qualification.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues alike.
